The mother’s international school is a class nursery to class 12 co educational senior secondary School established in 1956 by Shri Surendra Nath Jauhar “Faquir”, with the blessings of The Mother, Mirra Alfassa, a spiritualist, and collaborator of Sri Aurobindo. under Aurobindo Education Society which is an agency of the Sri Aurobindo Ashram. The school has its campus shared with the New Delhi branch of the Ashram. The school is an English-medium institution affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). The school shares its campus with other institutions like Mirambika School. Both the schools that is Mirambika and The Mother’s International collaborate together to celebrate certain events. The school teaches it’s students in four languages that is English, Hindi, Sanskrit and French. There are three main streams for class 11 that is Science, Commerce and Humanities.
